The Casa Blanca Rates
The Casa Blanca Rates are quoted weekly and are prior to taxes and processing fee. Rates are subject to change.
Rates are based on 2 people for 1-bedroom and 4 people for 2-bedroom units. Additional Person fees may apply.
Rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The Casa Blanca rates are subject to state, county taxes, and processing fees.
The Casa Blanca Rental Policies
The minimum stay for some owners is 7 nights but others will allow as few as 5. Stays of 3 to 4 nights may be available; please call 877-349-5101 for more information. If you book a reservation for less than 7 days, daily rates apply.
Check In Time: After 3:00 p.m.
Check Out Time: 10:00 a.m.
A $300.00 deposit is due at the time the reservation is made, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
We Gladly Accept:
Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card. Travelers’ Checks & Cashiers Check. Personal Checks are only accepted 21+ days prior to arrival and are subject to a return check fee.
A $300.00 deposit is due at time of reservation. In the event a reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit, less a $50.00 cancellation fee, will be refunded upon written confirmation. If a reservation is cancelled within 31-60 days prior to arrival the $300.00 security deposit will be forfeited . If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, 50% of the rent will be refunded upon written confirmation. If a guest requests a change of dates or to change units within 30 days of arrival the same policy applies. The processing fee is not refundable.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE.
In lieu of a security deposit, the guest authorizes their credit card to be used for the exact amount of a repair or replacement for excessive damage, above and beyond normal wear and tear, and any extra cleaning required that might occur due to documented negligence on the part of the guest.
Sorry, we do not accept pets.
Occupants under 25 years of age shall not rent any unit. An adult over age 25 must register and occupy the unit. If this policy is violated, all monies will be forfeited and RENTERS will be evicted. Management reserves the right to request identification upon registration.
Maid service, beyond arrival & departure, is available for a charge. Please contact the office for information.
The Resort Provides:
Kitchen linens, bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, hairdryers and a complimentary start-up kit of dish soap, dishwasher tabs, trash liners and soap.
Items to Bring: Coffee, Coffee Filters, Facial Tissue, Paper Towels, Dishwasher Detergent, Dish Detergent, Shampoo, Salt and Pepper, extra toilet paper if needed.
Local phone calling capability within all units.
Cribs, high chairs, strollers, and roll-away beds are available at a weekly rental rate from an outside vendor.
ONLY Passenger vehicles permitted on the premises.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside of any unit.
